Governor Quinn, His Barber, and You!

 

 

 

Hello Team Quinn!

After this beautiful fall weekend, it's hard to believe that February is just around the corner.  But here at Quinn campaign headquarters, we're keenly aware that the Feb. 2 primary election is just 85 days away – and early voting starts in 63 days. Time is flying by!

To help Governor Quinn bring his vision of jobs and growth to Illinois, we're working non-stop – calling volunteers, gathering endorsements, and raising money to get the word out about Governor Pat Quinn.

Today, we need your help. With a contribution of $50 today, you can help Governor Quinn tell more Illinois voters about his vision of a strong, prosperous future for the Land of Lincoln.

 

 

To thank you for your support, we'd like to share another one of our great campaign videos, created by Simon Edelman -- our campaign cinematographer. This one features Herb Brown, who has been Governor Quinn's barber for more than 30 years.

As you can imagine, not much comes between Pat Quinn and his barber. So we're very proud that Herb – a DuPage County small-business owner who tends to vote for folks on the other side of the aisle – is giving Governor Quinn his heartfelt endorsement.

"I believe in Pat Quinn because I knew him as a man before he was Governor, and I believe in his honesty," Herb says. "I try and vote for the person who I believe is going to do the right job."
